A unit of 50 m hurdles was conducted for 103 students of the second grade of junior high school and their performance records were compared records before and after the practice of 4 steps hurdling using the rhythm. The results showed that all students’ records were shorted. One of the reasons for this would be suggested that they could clearly understand the movements of hurdling by linking the flow of movement with the rhythm provided.
