日本の家庭科における授業研究の形態，目的と構造 ─ 研究組織の特徴に焦点をあてて─ ニホン　ノ　カテイカ　ニ　オケル　ジュギョウ　ケンキュウ　ノ　ケイタイ　，　モクテキ　ト　コウゾウ　─　ケンキュウ　ソシキ　ノ　トクチョウ　ニ　ショウテン　オ　アテテ　─ Features, Purposes and Structure of Japanese Lesson Study in Home Economics: Focus on Characteristics of Research Organizations 貴志, 倫子 キシ, ノリコ KISHI, Noriko 一色, 玲子 イッシキ, レイコ ISSHIKI, Reiko 荒井, 紀子 アライ, ノリコ ARAI, Noriko 井元, りえ イモト, リエ IMOTO, Rie 亀井, 佑子 カメイ, ユウコ KAMEI, Yuko 神澤, 志乃 カンザワ, シノ KANZAWA, Shino 鈴木, 真由子 羽根, 裕子 open access ETYP:教育関連論文 本研究は，日本の家庭科における授業研究の形態と目的，授業者からみた機会や人的資源の構造を明らかにすることを目的とする。家庭科の授業研究の実施と発表を行う全国組織のホームページや会誌等，および詳細が参照可能であった授業研究の事例収集，関係者への聞き取り調査に基づき情報を分析した。その結果，第一に，授業研究の主な形態は，公的要素の強い教育研究会型，教員研修型，研究開発型，自主的な人的ネットワーク型が見いだされた。第二に，家庭科における授業研究の主な目的は，学習指導要領の実現を目指すため，教科理論に基づき学問的に授業の検証を行うため，そして，子供や社会の生活課題の解決に向けた授業改善と開発のためであった。第三に，家庭科の授業研究は，全国規模から地域まで多層にわたる発 表大会や，研究成果を共有する場を有し，校種を問わず全ての家庭科担当者には複数の機会が開かれ，多様な人的資源と協働できる場があった。本研究では，授業研究の多面的かつ重層的な構造を示すことができた。授業研究の参加者の具体的な有用感や達成感を捉えていくことが今後の課題である。 This study clarifies the features and purposes of home economics (HE) lesson studies in Japan and draws the structure of opportunities and human resources from teachers’ perspectives. Regarding national organizations that conduct and present HE lesson studies, the information from the websites of each organization, and journals, among others were collected, and analyzed the lesson studies in which the details were available. Interviews were conducted with the stakeholders of the organizations or the case studies to understand the resources further, and the following findings were demonstrated. First, the features of lesson study were characterized as: types of HE research societies with publicly-organized, teacher training, research development, and human network on a voluntary basis. Second, the main purposes of lesson studies in HE were to realize the national course of study, build the subject’s lesson theories and verify them academically, and improve and develop the lessons to solve the challenges in children’s life and social life. Third, there were multiple chances from national to regional levels, for all HE teachers to share lesson discussions and the research results of lesson studies, and to collaborate with various stakeholders. This study highlighted the multifaceted and multi-layered structure of the lesson study.
