          <dc:description>The purpose of this study was to discuss on the moratorium-syndrome and the psychological fluctuation in adolescence. The moratorium-syndrome was analyzed as six psychological aspects of egocentrism, present-centrism, lack of empathy, dependency, apathy, and psychological fluctuation. These properties of the moratorium-syndrome agreed with the findings of the international comparative-study that analyzed the opinion of junior high- and
 high-school students. The present study discussed on the generalization of moratorium-syndrome. Furthermore, it discussed psychologically in terms of a fluctuating man who has a psycho-social homeodynamics.</dc:description>
