<dc:description>This paper confirms the importance of giving feedback and sharing what the students wrote in their communication paper after intercultural discussions. I used communication papers in the classes ‘Cross-Cultural Psychology and Encounters’ and ‘Cross-Cultural Psychology,’ one third of whose members are international students, for this purpose. I will illustrate some examples of feedback for the communication paper in which students were asked to address their thoughts and feelings after discussions related to the differences and conflicts between
cultures. Not only feedback on the communication paper but also feedback to all of the class members is very important to encourage them to understand themselves meta-cognitively and to cultivate their intercultural literacy.</dc:description>
