EM-fermented organic materials (henceforth it is referred to as Bokashi) was adopted as a material for garbage disposal because of its easiness. The main aimes and effects of using Bokashi for making manure from garbage were as follows: 1) Recognition of the necessity of decreasing the quantity of refuse and put it in practice. 2) Understanding of the value of waste food materials. 3) Awareness of the meaning of separation of waste matters, and reducing utilization of articles of consumption. 4) Gaging on the environment of the earth with deeper and wider concern. 5) Reusing of waste food oil.
