Part 5, Art, Health and Physical Education and Home Economics"}]}]},"item_16_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　This is the experimental research analyzes how the early childhood care and education services provided in Fukuoka-City. Using spatial information system, we input information in the area such as; the location of the institutions, the distribution maps of the birth to 5-year-olds population, and contents of services.\n　From our research, it is showed that the early childhood care and education institutions in Fukuoka-City provide varieties of services compared with the other big cities. The problem is the number of children on Hoikusho waiting list. The 0-5 year-olds population in the city is very high especially in middle and north east area of the city. In order to fill a deficit, there are 103 early childhood institutions which are not accredited. And more than half of them are substandard institutions, which do not even meet the requirement of Fukuoka-City.　\n　From the research, it is suggested to provide holiday services and services for convalescent children in the city. From our simulation, it is made clear that integrating Hoikusho and Yochien would help to provide child rearing support services more convenience. It is also suggested that as most of early childhood care and education in the city are private, the system that take role to keep and enhance the quality of the early childhood care and education services. There is collaborative organization with government leadership and private institutions' wide involvements, in Fukuoka-City.
