 note = {The aim of the present study was to improve the elderly people's clothing life by fastening systems reform. Five elderly and seven young women volunteered. Four blouses with different buttons (Standard, Sponge, Clip and Bead) were prepared. We measured the lap time to fastening and undoing blouses while observing the wearer's movement. From the results, the elderly women were significantly to take time than young women at Standard button (P<0.05). It was suggested that the elderly women preferred functional fastening systems.},
