| 内容記述 | This study attempted to interpret what kinds of thoughts junior high school PE teachers called "expert teachers" had about professional competencies that were required to PE teachers. 15 teachers were subjected to this study and they took part in semi-structured interviews which took one hour to one and half hours. Their ideas and thoughts were divided into eight tags; 1) passion and ambition, 2) knowledge and understanding of exercise and sport, and of pleasure of doing these, 3) the ability to design PE lessons, 4) the ability to move group of students, 5) the abilities to perform and demonstrate skills, 6) the abilities to observe and see through students, 7) the ability to convey images of movements to students, and 8) the ability to communicate with students. Some findings of how they had come to form the above ideas and thoughts were as follows. They had come to realise the importance of the abilities to communicate with students or to move them through their experiences that they teaching styles or their ways of communicating with their students had done well in one occasion but had not passed in other occasions. They had come to realize the importance of the ability to convey images of movements to students through their experiences of unsatisfied results of their lessons in spite of attempting with various ways of expressions and teaching materials. They had come to realize the importance of the abilities to design lesson plans and to convey images of movement to their students through realizing that they had come not to being able to perform and demonstrate skills as they had wished as they had become older. |
