Part 5, Art, Health and Physical Education and Home Economics"}]}]},"item_16_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"This study attempted to interpret what kinds of thoughts junior high school PE teachers called\n\"expert teachers\" had about professional competencies that were required to PE teachers. 15 teachers were\nsubjected to this study and they took part in semi-structured interviews which took one hour to one and\nhalf hours.\nTheir ideas and thoughts were divided into eight tags; 1) passion and ambition, 2) knowledge and\nunderstanding of exercise and sport, and of pleasure of doing these, 3) the ability to design PE lessons, 4)\nthe ability to move group of students, 5) the abilities to perform and demonstrate skills, 6) the abilities to\nobserve and see through students, 7) the ability to convey images of movements to students, and 8) the\nability to communicate with students.\nSome findings of how they had come to form the above ideas and thoughts were as follows. They had\ncome to realise the importance of the abilities to communicate with students or to move them through\ntheir experiences that they teaching styles or their ways of communicating with their students had done\nwell in one occasion but had not passed in other occasions. They had come to realize the importance of the\nability to convey images of movements to students through their experiences of unsatisfied results of their\nlessons in spite of attempting with various ways of expressions and teaching materials.
