Part VI, Research for teaching practice"}]}]},"item_16_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"中学校理科「生物の成長と殖え方」単元における細胞分裂の観察･実験は，生き物の体が大きくなるのは，細胞一つ一つが大きくなるのか，細胞の数が増えるのか，又はその両方なのか，観察･実験を通じて根拠をもって理解を深めるために実施される。しかし，この観察･実験は，教科書通りの生物教材（球根タマネギ）や手法によると細胞分裂の観察が困難な，即ち「高度学校再現性」が極めて低い（又は「実施困難度」が∞）「難教材」とされている。そこで別の生物教材（葉ネギ）や染色液･固定解離染色方法などが提案され，学校での再現性が確認されているが，学校での1時限目から6時限目までの時間帯での細胞分裂の頻度に差があるのか検討がなされていない。そこで，学校の1時限目から6時限目に相当する時間帯での細胞分裂頻度を，標準偏差まで測定したところ，時間帯による大きな差は観察することができなかった。このことから，葉ネギを用いる実験条件では，教科書の観察･実験における球根タマネギのように特定の時間帯に限ることも無いことから，高度学校再現性が実現できる生物教材及び染色液･固定解離染色方法であることが確かめられた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_16_description_6":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"福岡教育大学紀要. 第六分冊, 教育実践研究編","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"Bulletin of University of Teacher Education Fukuoka.
