Part VI, Research for teaching practice"}]}]},"item_16_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"J.D.WatsonとF.H.C.Crickによって提案されたDNA分子の二重らせん構造モデルによると，内部の塩基対から外部のホスホジエステル結合のリン原子までの内側の角度が134°程であることによって，二本のらせん間には大きな溝（主溝）と小さな溝（副溝）が存在している。副溝側からは，塩基対が異なっていても，二本鎖DNAに作用する酵素タンパク質が認識する水素結合受容体･水素結合供与体･水素原子の並び方が同じになり，塩基対の区別ができない。しかし，主溝側からは水素結合受容体･水素結合供与体･水素原子やメチル基（AとTの場合）の並びから塩基対の種類を区別可能である。このことから二本鎖DNAが一本鎖に解離しなくても塩基配列を読み取れるという主溝の存在意義について考察が可能である。しかし一般に流布しているDNA分子の二重らせん構造モデルには，これら主溝と副溝が反映されていないものが少なからず見受けられる。そこで本研究では，主溝と副溝を反映した紙で作る既存モデルの普及を目指し，紙でできていながらも堅牢で，プラスミドのような閉環したDNA二重らせんモデルも作成可能な工夫や改善を行うとともに，主溝側から見る，又は触ると塩基対の区別ができる大型の学習モデルの提案も行った。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_16_description_6":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"福岡教育大学紀要. 第六分冊, 教育実践研究編","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"Bulletin of University of Teacher Education Fukuoka.
