Practice"}]}]},"item_16_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"学校給食における食文化教育に関する内容について,給食実施態勢の異なる6つの小学校の現状を比較した。給食調理方式や地元農産物採用の有無という給食実施態勢の違いによって,給食のおいしさや給食指導のしやすさ等,種々の点で大きく異なり,自校式校および地元農産物採用校で,児童にとって好ましい給食が実施されやすいことが明らかになった。栄養士の在籍の有無は,栄養士と学校給食の話をしたことのある教師の割合に関して有意差が認められたにすぎなかった。これらの原因には,現場で学校給食に携わる教師や栄養士,調理員の努力だけでなく,給食に関する環境整備を担っている学校や自治体の姿勢が関連していることが示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_16_radio_19":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_radio_item":"紀要論文
