Center"}]}]},"item_16_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"聴覚障碍児は,聴覚情報が不足するため会話の途切れ(コミュニケーションブレイクダウン)が起こりやすく,回避するため方法として聞き返しや確かめなどの訂正方略が有効\nであることが報告されている。そこで,会話が成立しにくい中等度難聴児1名を対象として,まずは,自身の聞こえなさを理解させる目的で語音聴力検査や聞き取り学習を行った。\nそして,訂正方略の活用について①復唱②疑問詞③情報追加④推測の順に4ヶ月間指導した。その効果について検証したところ指導前に比べて指導後は,訂正方略の種類と活用が\n増加し,結果的にコミュニケーションブレイクダウンが減少した。聞こえにくさや異聴現象の自覚と訂正方略の活用指導を行うことで中等度難聴児は,コミュニケーションブレイ\nクダウンを回避できるようになることが示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_16_radio_19":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_radio_item":"紀要論文
