Education"}]}]},"item_16_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"保護者支援を含む教育相談が校内において体系的に実施されるためには，教育相談技能の向上と教育相談体制の整備が必要とされ，校内研修による研鑽が求められる。多忙な学校現場において学 校全体で生徒の学校適応への援助力を向上させるために，有効な教育相談の校内研修を実施できる よう， ２段階の校内研修を構想した。本研究では， 予備研究として形態と内容を検討し，教育相談 スキル分析を行ったところ，①予防・開発力，②観察・理解・対応力，③状況判断力，④チーム形成能力，⑤話し合い能力，⑥外部と連携する力の  6 領域に分類された。それに基づき，「教育相談 リーダー」への教育相談担当者養成研修を OJT 方式で実施し，自己評価･相互評価･他者評価を行い，
