education","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_16_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究では,学びのユニバーサルデザインのガイドライン(以下UDL-GL)を援用した,観察者による授業分析の枠組を構築することを目途として,初学者が高等学校数学授業熟達者の授業分析を行う手続きを示した。授業をセグメントに分類し,発話や指示言語をUDL-GL に基づきラベリングし分析事項を確認した。その結果,授業者である観察対象の熟達者の,各セグメントでの言動は異なり,対象の生徒集団にとって問題が易しいと判断した場合,UDL-GL 原則Ⅰ(認知)に働きかけ,問題が難しいと判断した場合は,UDL-GL 原則Ⅲ(感情)に働きかける指導をするなどの傾向が見出された。これにより,熟達者の授業の特徴を観察者が分析し,それを授業者との相互的な確認過程で顕在化させることができた。また,11セグメントのうち,所要時間が同等の2つのセグメント内の指導内容をラベリングした結果の比較にも,問題によるアプローチの異なりが示された。よって,UDL-GL
