Part IV, Education and psychology"}]}]},"item_16_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"This article aims to comment on the use of academic theories of mental and physical development – particularly infants’ development of lifestyle habits and their mental and physical growth – for the university course ‘Infant Health’( a tentative name) in the health domain of infant education, by focussing on the actual practise of childcare. The learning content of the health domain constitutes the core of the training of nursery school teachers involved in infant education. It is closely connected to environment, expression, and language. The students’ theoretical knowledge will become practical knowledge that they can put to use more fully in the childcare setting as their understanding of childcare practise becomes intertwined with the theories acquired in the training institution, i.e. the university. Regarding the linkage between the domain content and the details of Infant Health, a lesson plan must be carefully scrutinised by considering the content and order in which each course detail is taught. This article discusses how to teach the theory and practise of mental and physical development with regard to the health domain, and how to make students aware of the theoretical background, individual content items, and the way in which the domain content is connected to the course’s details. This may require a method of demonstration and explanation.
