| 内容記述 | In order to explore the relationship between the mental health of childcare workers and their working environment, a questionnaire survey of childcare workers was conducted. 377 respondents’ data were analyzed and the following results were obtained. Difficulty in participating in organizational management and high work load were relatively highly correlated with mental health. In addition, group efficacy showed a relatively high correlation with human relations in the workplace and difficulty in participating in organizational management. The importance of being able to be involved in the management of the organization to which they belong was discussed. |
