In this study, 1600 parents (800 males and 800 females, mean age 45.13 years, SD=5.27) were surveyed. We explored how attitudes toward the school differed depending on the success-unsuccess of the school’s\nconduct and whether or not information was disclosed in two trouble situations within the school. The results revealed that successful response to troubles contributes to the formation of positive attitudes.\nFurthermore, in one of the two situations, the presence of information disclosure was shown to result in a more positive attitude toward the school.
