"}]}]},"item_16_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究は「学級の児童が学級内の仕事を分担処理し,児童の力で学級生活を楽しく豊かにすることをねらいとしている」(小学校学習指導要領解説特別活動編,以下,小解説)係活動に視点を置いている。本研究で取り組む係活動は,学級生活の向上のための活動目標の設定や,目標達成のための役割分担を自分たちで行い,係を構成するメンバーと協働して実践する活動である。この係活動に取り組ませる担任教師の支援プロセスを明らかにするためにM-GTA を用いてインタビュー内容を分析し,28 の概念を生成し,それらを12 のサブカテゴリーにまとめ,さらに5つのカテゴリーに統合した。5つのカテゴリーは《係活動とは》《担任教師が感じていること》《係活動の方法》《係活動の影響》《児童が感じていること》であった。その結果,担任教師が日頃の観察をもとに係のメンバー構成を行ったり,企画書をみて適切に支援を行ったりすることで係活動が活性化することが示された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_16_radio_19":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_radio_item":"紀要論文
