1.チルキャスト条件:間隙3mmの水冷銅鋳的をチルキャストすることによって、1mass%Zrを完全にAl中に固溶させることができた。 2.最適熱処理条件:チルキャストしたAl-Li-Zr3元合金に対して、一段目の時効を673Kで1.08x10^6s行い、引き続き473Kで1.08x10^4s二段目の時効を行う二段時効により、473Kで一回のみ時効を行う場合に比べてより大きな強度を得ることができた。これらの強度の評価は、平成3年度補助金により購入した微小硬度試験機での硬さと圧縮降伏応力によって行った。 3.降伏応力の温度依存性:完全時効状態のAl-Li2元合金には降伏応力に正の温度依存性が現れた。一方、Al-Zr2元合金の降伏応力は温度上昇と共に単調に低下した。Al-Li-Zr3元合金ではZr添加量の増加に伴い、降伏応力の負の温度依存性が顕著になった。 4.変形組織の透過電子顕微鏡による観察:Al-Li2元合金では降伏応力が正の温度依存性を示す温度領域においては転位は超格子転位として変形中にδ′-Al_3Li粒子を切断しながら運動していた。一方、Al-Zr2元合金では転位は時効初期から過時効段階のすべての時効段階でβ′-Al_3Zr粒子をバイパスするか、交差すべりあるいは上昇運動によって粒子を乗り越えて運動していた。Al-Li-Zr3元合金中のβ′析出粒子の存在は転位の交差すべりや粒子の乗り越えを促進し、高温での変形を容易にしているものと考えられる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_18_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"平成4年度科学研究費補助金(一般研究(C))研究成果報告書(課題番号03650579)","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_18_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"1362","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"フルカワ,
