| 内容記述 | Teacher reflection has been shown to correlate positively with activities toward self-improvement and self-efficacy. Teacher self-efficacy refers to the belief that an educator can positively affect student learning.For teacher self-efficacy to have real meaning, positive self-efficacy judgments. Must line up with actual gains in student ability,requiring diligent and careful self-reflection. This paper outlines the factors which influence teacher self-efficacy and self-regulation,and how reflection works with-teacher beliefs to improve pedagogy. |
