Part II, Social sciences"}]}]},"item_16_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"無償でダウンロード可能な国土の数値情報に関し，福岡平野を対象に豪雨時の洪水・氾濫を事例に様々な土地条件評価を試み，自然災害に対し脆弱な地域を合理的に評価できることが分かった。\n　基盤地図情報の5mDEM の活用を試みた結果，陰影図により詳細な地形区分が可能で，水文解析により二級河川に対する氾濫域の推定が概略可能だった。地形区分に対する平均標高の分析では，河床の比高に関する地形縦断曲線により御笠川では堰と対応する10 区間を超す変化単位と橋に対応する約5 区間周期の変化単位を識別できた。この曲線で比高が縮小する区間で2003 年氾濫の越流が生じたことから，5mDEM では河川の土砂堆積程度の把握と越流に脆弱な地域を予測できることが分かった。これは流域面積と河道体積とのギャップからも予測できた。国土数値情報の土地利用細分メッシュの活用を試みた結果，流出係数による土地利用の量的評価は，流出係数の空間分布とその変化の視覚化を通じて洪水・氾濫の注意喚起に活用でき，人口統計データによる土地利用の量的評価は，氾濫による被災人口の簡便な予測に利用できることが示された。さらに土地利用情報とDEM を組み合わせることによりハイドログラフを作成することが可能であり，過去及び将来の土地利用およびその変化に対する河川流量や災害危険性を比較的容易にシミュレートできることが分かった。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_16_description_6":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"福岡教育大学紀要. 第二分冊, 社会科編","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"Bulletin of Fukuoka University of Education.
