The most possible fourteen genes were selected among several hundred candidates, i.e., ribosomal protein S20, component of oligomeric Golgi complex 6, and argininosuccinate synthetase 1, which are all the constitutive genes in every organism. Lamin B receptor gene, which is a number of gene family including sterol biosynthesis gene DHCR7, was also detected. Practical protocol was developed for artificial induction experiment of asexual reproduction of Enchytraeus japonensis through fragmentation, which means self cutting into ten pieces. It was revealed that core techniques for the efficient induction of fragmentation were to let the two cut fragments of the worm get into the agar of culture plate and to keep moderate water japonensisのEST塩基配列データを配列解析ソフトで分析し、アミノ酸配列を推定した。ヒトのcDNA情報との間でBLAST検索を行った結果、ribosomal protein S20、oligomeric Golgi complex 6成分、argininosuccinate synthetase 1など、リボゾームやゴルジ体、尿素回路に関連するタンパク質で高い類似性が示された。また、NCBI内のヤマトヒメミミズのESTデータにはステロール生合成遺伝子に類似のタンパク質は検出されなかったが、ステロール生合成遺伝子DHCR7に構造上よく似ているlamin B receptorというタンパク質とは類似性が示された。破片分離という珍しい無性生殖法に注目し、ヤマトヒメミミズの飼育法と切断による破片分離の人為的誘導のプロトコールを作製した。破片分離は寒天中で起こる確率が高いことが分かり、破片分離を誘導させるためには、切断後ミミズを寒天中に潜り込ませ、湿気は適度に維持することが大きなポイントになると考えられた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_16_radio_19":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_radio_item":"紀要論文
