| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to examine the tasks and perspectives of a comprehensive community sport club (CCSC) undertaking the "New Public Commons" (NPCs). The analysis of this study used a total usable data of 597 CCSCs of the whole country. The statistical techniques employed were cross tabulation, principal component analysis, cluster analysis, and one-way ANOVA. The main findings are summarized as follows: 1) CCSC originally established had no infrastructure in regional community. Also, very few junior high and high school students became a member of CCSC. In future, it is necessary for CCSC undertaking the NPCs to promote the networking and cooperation with existing organizations and school in the regional community. 2) Many CCSCs receive various subsidies, like the "toto" by National Agency for the Advancement of Sports and Health. Therefore, the future task of CCSC is to raise and secure owned financial resources. 3) Because many CCSCs are a small scale or immature organization and have a tendency to perform the only "Program Service" business, in future, CCSC needs to establish the organizational systems in accord with each club management, and has to make efforts to do comprehensive sport service businesses containing the "Club Service" and the "Aria Service", and so on. 4 ) Using principal component analysis and Cronbach's reliability analysis, the validity of seven dimensions of CCSC properties were confirmed: They were autonomy, solidarity, ideal share, voluntary resources, business development, networking, and sphere of daily existence, respectively. Then, as a result of cluster analysis, CCSCs were classified into five clusters (club groups): ideal typed club (19.4%), developing typed club (18.2%), basic typed club (39.4%), trans regional community typed club (7.1%), and undeveloped typed club (15.9%). In the present study, the managerial implications of these results are discussed and perspectives for future CCSC are identified. |
