| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to add "Far throwing" to the three month practice program of American Football and compare the pre and post results. \n As a result, paired t-test of Line group (n = 8) statistical show that significant difference (p<0.01). \n The reason is that the Line group usually does not usually have the /ball practice as in the early exercise. \n As well as Backs and Receiver group (n = 7), the paired t-test did not show statistical difference (p —0.3). \nThe reason is that they are in a position of using the ball and throw it very well in the j practice and game. \n Due to above mentioned factors, adding "Far throwing" method in the early exercise, is j effective to the players. |
