| 内容記述 | This study clarified the resources needed to improve the quality of Long Term Athlete Development Program for Basketball. For this, the similarities and differences among Long Term Athlete Development Program for soccer were explored. Additionally, this study clarified the characteristics and trends regarding a Long Term Athlete Development Program for Basketball (Endeavor system) in terms of the discovery and development of players, and provisions for leadership training.The following four results were obtained. (1) The Concept：Long Term Athlete Development Program for soccer has been set philosophy and finer vision. In a basketball, there was no description of the vision from 6 years old to 11 years old. Therefore, The problem is having a clear vision of elementary school stage. (2) Identification program：Have been carried out block selection type for Basketball and Soccer. System of Discovery and Development basketball players are not only 10 years, this system has not been reflected in the Japan national team yet. (3) The Curriculum : Long Term Athlete Development Program for Basketball (Endeavor system) is inadequate of the curriculums which caught the feature of growth development like soccer. (4) The leaders training program : The Coach license system is currently being revised, and has not yet been fully implemented for Basketball. |
