| 内容記述 | This study aimed to clarify the effectiveness of improving hurdle performance by applying rhythmic movements. A unit of 50 m hurdles was conducted for 103 students of the second grade of junior high school and their performance records were compared records before and after the practice of 4 steps hurdling using the rhythm. The results showed that all students’ records were shorted. One of the reasons for this would be suggested that they could clearly understand the movements of hurdling by linking the flow of movement with the rhythm provided. Another reason would be suggested that they could learn and practice hurdling in accordance rhythmic exercises during warm up and skill warm-up through the unit. |
