| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of gaze direction on running speed. In Experiment 1, it was found that novice runner felt faster when they looked down than when they looked forward. In Experiment 2, it was found that even l distance runners who can accurately perceive and recall the running pace feel faster when they looked down than when they looked forward.. These results suggested that the direction of gaze affects the perception of running speed. | |||||
