| 内容記述 | In this study, to perform the production practice of wood-based boards in school education, we manufactured the simple hot-press for education. The evaluation test of the simple hot-press and the manufacturing experiment of wood-based boards with the simple hot-press were performed. In addition, the content of the class to perform the production practice of wood-based boards with the simple hot-press was examined. The main results obtained are summarized as follows: The simple hot-press was composed of the wood-based press machine and the hot plate using the home iron as a heat source to thermally cure adhesive. From the results of the evaluation test of the simple hot-press, it became clear that various wood-based boards can be manufactured with the simple hot-press. From the result of the manufacturing experiment of wooden boards, it was suggested that the simple hot-press was suitable for manufacturing the low density board at the level of density 0.4 g/cm . Then, the single-layer board which assumed the back board of box frame with wood shavings to obtain easily at the school as a raw material was manufactured. From the result of the evaluation test of the single-layer board, it became clear that the bending strength performance of the single-layer board was equal to that of fiberboard and insulation board for the back board Therefore, it was suggested to be able to make use of the single-layer board for the back board as a material of the production practice. |
