| 内容記述 | In this study, the wooden-specimen assumed in cutting was prepared, and the generation and exhaust process of sawdust in wood cutting by using hand saw were observed with a high-speed camera.In addition, the effects of difference of saw angle and kinds of trees on the shape and the generation and exhaust process of sawdust were examined. The main results obtained are summarized as follows: It was found that the generation and exhaust process of sawdust in wood cutting could be observed with a high-speed camera by using wooden-specimen which assumed in cutting with hand saw. The shape of sawdust was almost unaffected by the difference of saw angle and was affected by the kinds of trees. From these observations under various conditions, it was clear that the vibration of hand saw of the vertical direction for wood surface was caused. This vibration was considered to be occurred when the saw edge touched from early wood to late wood. In the practice of wood cutting with hand saw by using the image of the generation and exhaust process of sawdust photographed with a high-speed camera, it was suggested to be promised the effect of visual education. |
