"学級を対象とした社会性や対人関係を育成するプログラムの課題に、学習したスキルや態度の強化・般化が難しいことがあげられる。本研究では、SELプログラムのスキルや態度の強化・般化を促すために、どのようなアプローチで行えばよいかに焦点を当て、(1)SELプログラムと教科等との関連を図る、(2)教師が育てたい児童の姿を明確にもつ(目標の個別化)、(3)保護者との連携を意図的・計画的に行う、という方策をたてた。それを公立小学校2年生の1学級において試行的に実践を行った事例である。第一筆者が、スーパーバイザーとして学級担任にかかわり、学級担任が合計6時間、及び3回の帰りの会の場で実践授業を行った。2ヶ月の実践の結果、教師評定においてSELプログラムで目指す社会低能力について児童の変容が認められた。その具体的な取り組みおよび教師、児童、保護者の反応について考察を行った。",
