| 内容記述 | Building trust between schools and parents is important as a basis for educational activities. In this study, 1600 parents (800 males and 800 females, mean age 45.13 years, SD=5.27) were surveyed. We explored how attitudes toward the school differed depending on the success-unsuccess of the school’s conduct and whether or not information was disclosed in two trouble situations within the school. The results revealed that successful response to troubles contributes to the formation of positive attitudes. Furthermore, in one of the two situations, the presence of information disclosure was shown to result in a more positive attitude toward the school. The conditions necessary for the development of relationships between schools and parents were discussed. |
